We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a beautiful double room that exceeded our expectations, and the convenient location within a short walk to a traditional water puppet theater was perfect for our stay here.

We are very disappointed to spend our hotel in Sunshine 3 Hotel. This is the worst hotel in my life. Our room was so small, narrow and badly smelt. The toilet was not clean and the breakfast was also very poor. We can not recommend this hotel at any price.
Very dirty room, smelt bath-room and very poor breakfast. Staff could not speak English well as well.

the bathroom in my twin room was clean. had excellent facilities, such as a work desk, flat-screen tv and a dining area. location: the hotel was just next door to hoen kiem lake and other attractions/shopping areas in the french quarters and hà nội for around five months. and there was bun cha ta with short-orders next to the venue, super convenient.

Free beer for 2 hours every evening. Party atmosphere early evening, quiet later. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic but functional dorms. Well-located.

The location of Matilda Boutique Hotel & Spa was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling old town. It made it so easy for me to explore the shops, restaurants, and the beautiful lake, all within a 7-minute walk. The room I stayed in had a balcony with a view of the lively street, creating a fun atmosphere. Despite being in the midst of it all, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest. The room itself was spacious, neat, and well-equipped with all the necessities. I particularly enjoyed the cable TV with a wide selection of channels, including movie channels. I felt at ease knowing that I could approach them at any time. I highly recommend Matilda Boutique Hotel & Spa for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service.
